A1A Signs and Graphics Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates PARSandPAPS.ca (“the site”). We sell barcode labels, decals, and forms to customers in Canada and the United States. Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you place an order, we collect your name, company name (if provided), email address, phone number, billing address, and shipping address. This information is required to process, ship, and support your order.
When you pay, your payment is processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full credit card number. Card details go directly to Stripe and are not kept on our servers.
When you contact us through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and whatever you write in your message, so we can respond.
If you create an account, we store your username, email address, and order history so you can view past orders.
Automatically, our servers log standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. We use this to keep the site secure and running properly. We do not run analytics, advertising, or remarketing trackers on this site.

- Stripe: to process your payment

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We do not share it with advertisers. We will only disclose it if required by law (for example, a court order) or to protect our rights and property.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies that are necessary for the site to work: WooCommerce uses cookies to remember your cart and checkout, and WordPress uses cookies if you log in to an account. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, but parts of the site (such as the cart and checkout) may not work properly without them.
Data retention
We keep order records for as long as needed for business, tax, and legal purposes. Customer files for non-returning clients are kept for 2 months. If you would like your account or personal information deleted, contact us and we will handle your request subject to our legal record-keeping obligations.
Security
We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your information, including secure (HTTPS) connections throughout the site. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights (PIPEDA)
Under Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you and to request corrections to it. Children’s privacy
Our products are business supplies and our site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
